Executive Management
Mr. Heffner is the General Manager of NowDocs and brings over fifteen years of leadership and marketing experience from companies such as The Los Angles Times, Amcor Sunclipse, and multiple software providers. He joined NowDocs in 2006 to direct and drive B2B and B2C market awareness. Throughout his career, he has risen rapidly through the ranks, consistently winning and growing corporate revenues and building successful teams. Mr. Heffner has been a key contributor to planning and architecting NowDocs’ roadmap to success for 2008 and beyond. In his role, he oversees daily operations, sales and marketing, and provides leadership in administrative and business strategies.
Mr. Froese has been with NowDocs since 1999 and has held various leadership positions throughout the company during the past nine plus years. He brings over sixteen years of management experience in a wide range of roles and responsibilities. Prior to joining NowDocs he worked in Sydney, Australia with Multelink Communications, a telecommunications company, as their systems technical lead. Previous to his work with Multelink, he was a Captain in the United States Marine Corps.
Mr. Moncada joined NowDocs in 2000 and has been instrumental in the evolution of NowDocs products and architecture for the past seven years. He brings over nineteen years of software engineering experience to NowDocs and has extensive experience working on Print On Demand software and workflows. Prior to joining NowDocs, Raul was with Hewlett-Packard for 11+ years where he started as a software engineer and was promoted to a software architect and later into management positions.
Ms. Matt started her print career with Kinko's in the early 90s. Working in Silicon valley, Jennifer was instrumental in Kinko's transition from a copy shop to a digital print technology provider. Since then Jennifer has gained industry-wide experience with more than 5 web to print providers, from document submission through reverse auction procurement portals. Prior to join NowDocs as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for the NowPrint line of business in 2007, Jennifer led product management and product marketing for EFI's web to print products.
Mr. Ayala joined NowDocs in 2005 to drive NowForms product sales and developement. He brings over 20 years of experience in the information processing and document processing industries including holding senior level positions with Zurich Insurance and Chrysler Corporation. Over the last 20 years, Mr. Ayala has helped large and small organizations adopt content management solutions that reduce costs, improve information accuracy and accelerate business processes.
